Up to $165k base + benefits

We’re partnering with a Houston-based organization to hire a Digital Projects Manager to lead ERP and digital initiatives across the business.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role focused on delivering complex projects while also contributing to the technical direction of systems, integrations, and overall platform strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of ERP and digital projects
• Oversee system enhancements, integrations, and upgrades
• Own and evolve a custom asset tracking platform providing real-time inventory visibility
• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, finance, operations, and leadership
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and KPIs
• Drive process improvement, automation, and system optimization

Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in ERP, IT, or digital project leadership roles
• Strong background in ERP implementations and integrations
• Experience with system architecture, APIs, or technical design
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex initiatives
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or other asset-heavy environments
